Pacific time is the widest gap we work across, and we would rather be straight about it than oversell. Eight hours behind Dublin means our day ends around 4pm yours. Your morning and early afternoon overlap with us; your late afternoon does not.

In practice that is enough for most projects, because the parts that genuinely need both sides present are calls, and those are scheduled. The rest is written scope, review links and deploys, none of which require us to be awake at the same moment.
